MOMO Tires Limited Warranty

This Limited Warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser of new passenger and light truck replacement tires sold by MOMO Tires Americas, LLC in the United States and Canada, and installed on the original vehicle.

Workmanship and Materials Coverage

MOMO tires are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship as follows:

  • Within 12 months of purchase: eligible defective tires will be replaced free of charge (proof of purchase required).
  • After the initial period and up to 72 months: replacement is provided on a pro-rata basis, calculated according to the percentage of tread wear.

Ride-related claims must be submitted within the first 12 months to be considered.

⚠️ Mounting, balancing, taxes, and any additional service charges are always the responsibility of the customer.

Limited Mileage Warranty (Selected Tire Lines Only)

Certain MOMO tire lines are covered by a treadwear warranty of up to:

  • 50,000 miles (80,000 km) for:
    • TOPRUN M300 AS SPORT
    • OUTRUN M20 PRO
    • FORCERUN M8 HT PRO
    • M-TRAIL M8 AT PRO

If eligible mileage conditions are met, replacement cost is calculated on a pro-rata basis according to mileage used.

Key conditions:

  • The customer must be the original purchaser and vehicle owner.
  • Tires must be rotated regularly (every 5,000–7,000 miles / 8,000–11,000 km), with documentation.
  • Winter tires and commercial use are excluded from mileage coverage.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage or conditions resulting from:

  • Misuse, accidents, vandalism, or alterations
  • Improper maintenance or irregular wear
  • Road hazards (punctures, cuts, impacts, etc.)
  • Incorrect mounting, balancing, or vehicle-related issues
  • Use outside the USA or Canada or on a different vehicle
  • Used, retreaded, or improperly repaired tires

Customer Responsibilities

To maintain warranty eligibility, customers must:

  • Retain proof of purchase
  • Perform proper tire maintenance (inflation, rotation, balancing)
  • Present the tire to an authorized MOMO dealer for any warranty claim

Limitations and Dispute Resolution

This warranty is limited to tire replacement under the stated conditions.
Any disputes arising from this warranty may be resolved through arbitration, in accordance with applicable laws.
